Yoga

Yoga

Balinese hindouism is also called “ the religion of water”. It is based on rituals involving prayers, offerings and purification by holy water (melukat). Although, unlike India, Hinduist Bali is not originally home to yoga practices, the vibrant spirituality of the island makes it a perfect place to practice yoga and meditation. Escape the hustle and bustle of your daily lives to find serenity amidst a fabulous tropical environment.
Morning yoga sessions (on request) in our Joglo traditional teakwood open-air pavilion will help you ease and strengthen your body and bring peace to your mind. Another way to immerse yourself in the unique Balinese set of beliefs and spiritual experiences.
Participating in local ceremonies or wishing to undergo a purification ritual might be one of your personal dreams. You are welcome to seek our assistance, bearing in mind that this type of activity must be performed earnestly and respectfully, wearing local attire as requested to enter temples or experience such rituals, bring offerings and follow particular instructions.
